1. Your Right to Return
We offer a 14-calendar-day return right from the date of delivery. This applies to all orders of Hardero placed through tendonglow.world, in accordance with consumer protection principles applicable under New Zealand law (Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) and consistent with the standard of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU for international customers.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order:

Please include your order reference (provided by our team at confirmation call), your full name, phone number and reason for return. We will acknowledge your return request within 2 business days.
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund:
- The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
- The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return, unless the product is defective or not as described.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Since payment is collected on delivery (COD), refunds are issued by bank transfer to the account you specify. We do not refund original delivery charges (if applicable) unless the product was defective.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened and used (except in cases of defect), products returned after 14 days from delivery, or products damaged by the customer through improper use or storage.
